Luigi Cherubini was regarded by Beethoven as the greatest of his contemporaries. On March 27, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. the Santa Fe Symphony, along with the full Symphony Chorus, is thrilled to present “Spring Inspiration” featuring Cherubini’s Requiem Mass, directed by Linda Raney. The Symphony will also perform one of Beethoven’s greatest musical works—Symphony No. 5. This will be an absolutely brilliant performance, one not to be missed!
